We have here an Accent Balconette that has rotted itself off the face of the home. This is beyond restoring so we will be replicating. We use African Mahogany for the entire construction. Mahogany in itself is very durable, additionally we apply two coats of Penetrating Epoxy Sealer by Total Boat for ultimate protection prior the usual three coats of High Gloss Sherwin Williams Emerald Urethane Enamel.
