This 1905 Four Square Front Porch Balustrade is badly deteriorating. It is always about keeping water on the move to prevent ponding, snow and ice accumlations, allowing continual wetting with limited drying times before the cycle repeats. When we replicate we are always on the lookout to improve such situations for longevity of our build.
